There are a few companies out there that still give a shit about their customers. Crutchfield is one. WeatherTech is another. Not car related, but in optics that I need to buy a lot of at work, Thorlabs commitment to their customers is amazing.

I used to pass Thorlabs on my way to the recruiter back in the day. I always wondered what kind of magic they were doing there.

CT Engineering (formerly Comptech) is another. I ordered something for the TSX from them awhile back and the head of the company personally called me the next day to ask me a question about it.

They make optical comments for lab setups. Basically lenses and associated precision mounting hardware for lasers and fiber optical systems. Also they send a box of snacks with every order and genuinely care what people are doing with their stuff and adjust products accordingly.

What an unusual name, “Wayne Order-Support”
Not too far behind “Martin Aperson” though, I suppose.

I like seeing companies doing things like this. Especially with real hand-writing versus that B.S. font that is supposed to look like hand-writing.
